Instructions for Completing the Comment Form
The following form must be completed before commenting on a proposal. After completing the comment form below, click on the submit button located at the end of this page.
Comments will not be processed unless areas marked with an asterisk ("*") are completed.
All comments will be reviewed by a advisory committee or task force which will make final recommendations to the Judicial Council's Rules Committee.
