Ms. Rachel W. Hill is an attorney and mediator with the Law Office of Rachel Hill and Hill Mediation Services. She also serves as an adjunct professor at San Joaquin College of Law, where she teaches courses on criminal law and juvenile justice.
Prior to opening her own firm, Ms. Hill was a partner at Hammerschmidt Broughton Law Corporation, where she handled all aspects of criminal defense and victim representation, in state and federal courts. She also focused on criminal law during her time as an attorney at the Office of the Federal Defender for the Eastern District of California, the Fresno County Public Defender’s Office, and the Fresno County District Attorney’s Office.
Ms. Hill has volunteered her time and legal expertise at many community organizations, including the Victim Offender Reconciliation Program, the Fresno County Bar Association, and the Fresno County Young Lawyers Association.
